Craig approached us to create a website for his electrical contracting business that would perform as well as possible on search engines. In order to achieve this, we worked in collaboration with Ray from Consulting Cumbria who provided initial research into the appropriate keywords and phrases to target, as well as providing the best menu and content structure to use for the website.
Following the initial research, the content was professionally copy-written to target the range of keywords and phrases related to the work that Craig provides.
As follow-up work from Ray, a number of directory listings and citations were added to the most appropriate websites, providing unique and relevant content on each as well as ensuring matching NAP (Name, Address and Phone number) details across each.
From a design perspective, we used Craig's business card design as the focus, matching the style and colours of this and his logo. A consistent layout was used throughout the website to ensure good use of call to action placements with phone number and contact detail placement throughout.
