THE BRIEF
Cumbria Coaches wanted to bring their website up to date and better present their services to their ideal clients, showcasing some of their unique service features and approach.
THE APPROACH
Working with Sarah from ShipShape copywriting, we created brand new content for the whole website, splitting their core coach hire services into individual pages to ensure ease of access for both visitors and search engines.
Using photos provided by the client, we then crafted a new website design to bring clarity to what the business offers (and doesn't offer!), whilst using illustrations which reflect the location of the business in Cumbria.
THE RESULTS
The finished website ensures that visitors can navigate the website easily, regardless of the device being used, giving a clear user journey from the home page to their service pages, using testimonials throughout the website to provide effective social proof to anyone considering contacting them for coach hire. The overall aesthetic is bold and clear, aligning with the no-nonsense, professional yet friendly approach offered by the business owners.
