Oakay Direct asked us to create a new e-commerce website for their bespoke oak furniture business. They had a clear design brief, and some core functionality they were looking for.

We worked with them to build their bespoke website design, and supported them in creating a complex product configuration which allowed for their oak furniture items to be 'built' as the customer chooses each colour and finishing option. For each product, the image shown changes to reflect the choices made.

Custom coding allowed for conditional product options fields to be shown or hidden, depending on the selection made in other product options.

A product discount solution was configured, alongside a comprehensive postcode-based shipping fee calculator to allow suitable delivery charges to be applied to distinct areas of the UK.
