We were approached by Andy to create an e-commerce website for sales of performance bikes, parts and servicing.
After deciding on the base category structure, we put a website design together from their existing logo, using the logo colours (white, black and red) to theme the whole website.
A custom theme was created for the e-commerce platform, with bespoke use of CSS to enhance the navigation and website interaction. We focused all pages on the visitor being able to browse by manufacturer/brand as well as the parts category.
A comprehensive search feature allows customers to find the part they are looking for across all products or to focus their search by category and/or within the product description.
As always, the entire website is fully responsive, and as with the main website theme, we have created a custom responsive theme for the whole shopping experience to ensure the website works great on computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones alike.
Behind the scenes, a fully featured sales and product management platform allows the client to track orders, sales, generate many reports and also easily manage products, stock and categories on their own.
To support future addition of credit/debit card payments via Stripe, the website has been setup on a dedicated IP with a personal SSL certificate to ensure all personal information entered is encyrypted and secure.
