Laura has been a client of ours since early 2019. Her business continues to grow and develop and we're proud to be part of it!
**Introduce your business in no more than 2 sentences:**
Laura Cadman Limited offers confidence, self-belief and resilience coaching which allows individuals and teams to access coaching and courses which are tailored to individual needs and expectations. The result of my work allows clients to experience a quantifiable shift in their mindset resulting in increased productivity, confidence and better relationships at work and beyond.
**How long have you been in business for?**
18 months
**What do you enjoy most about what you do?**
Seeing the change in people, my clients come to me with underlying issues that affect their sense of wellbeing and confidence. Once we start working together, I begin to see the changes in behaviour and self-talk that signals a change is happening. I then get to support all my clients through their transition and be so proud of their new found delf belief and potential.
It's like being a midwife for confidence!
**Who or what inspires you?**
So many people – I see inspiration everywhere! Other coaches, successful friends and family – even my 6-year-old inspires me to be my best self and remember the more playful side of myself. It's all about balance – so I choose to see the positive in everything and be inspired every day!
**Tell us something about you that is not related to your business:**
I love to cook! Planning, preparing and presenting food for other people brings me lots of joy and I love try new recipes from all over the world.

I had just started out when I decided I needed a website! I wanted to buy local and did some local searches and found Chris. I'm not tech minded so it was reassuring to work with someone who was happy to support me from nothing to something wonderful! So patient and supportive and I LOVE my website! (I've never had to talk tech jargon either which is a huge bonus!). Thanks Chris!
